 If you have been thinking of living in a rural setting and still want to be close to everything, then this one should make your list to see. The downstairs living room is finished and wired for surround sound. The kitchen has knotty alder cabinetry, ceramic tile flooring and electric appliances. It has a 3 car garage with attached shelving. There is an RV pad (ground up asphalt) on the west side of the driveway with a lane connected to the back of the property. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot at the end of a dead end street located one block west of Fremont High School. A curly willow tree farm and an alphalpha field are located directly to the North (backyard) and a large wheat field is directly to the west. The front yard faces south. It is fully landscaped with growing pine trees in the backyard and Austrees bordering the back fence. There are perennial flowers and roses planted in both the front and back yards.
