Here are 2 ways to grow your real estate business using VIDEO.

Go after the FSBO in 4 easy steps that take less than 30 seconds.

Step 1:  Contact us to get a couple of sample tour Brochures and DVDs created with your name, photo and logo on them. 

Step 2:
  Have your samples with you when ever you are driving and stop at all FSBO when you see them.

Step 3:
  Knock on the door. 
When the seller answers, say whatever you want that feels natural.  We suggest you could say:
 
"Hello my name is___________ from ______ Realty.  I know you'd like to sell your home yourself and save on the commission and I respect that.

If you consider listing your home in the future, I'd love to compete for your business.  Here's a sample of what I do different than most other agents to sell homes in this economy.  This is what prospective buyers get from my listing's brochure box.  Everything you see here is also found online where 85% of the buyers are shopping first.

Step 4:  Just stand there.  If the seller isn't interested, they'll close the door.  If they are interested, they will continue a conversation with you. 


 Go after Expired listings in 5 easy steps.

Step 1  Contact us to get a couple of sample tour Brochures and DVDs created with your name, photo and logo on them.

Step 2:  Pull up the EXPIREDS using the MLS and print out the data sheets.

Step 3:
  View what kind of photos and tour were used.  On the data sheet, write down how you think the Altivid Tour could do a better job of marketing the home.

Step 4:
  Go to the home and knock on the door.
When the seller answers, say whatever you want that feels natural.
We suggest you could say:

"Hello my name is___________ from ______ Realty.  I noticed your home didn't sell before.  Are you still considering the option to move? 

If they say "yes" then you could say:

"I think we can both agree that if someone local were going to buy your home, then they would have already done it.  Since that hasn't happened, I'd like to show you what I do different to market your home to out of area buyers to help them connect with your home better than what your previous agent was doing.

Show them the sample Brochure and DVD then say:

"Here's a hard copy version of what I am talking about. 
This is what prospective buyers get from my listing's brochure box.  Everything you see here is also found online where 85% of the buyers are shopping first.
